Payment Schedule
At booking, a deposit equal to one night is charged to secure your reservation.
24 hours before your arrival, the remaining balance is automatically charged to your registered card.
If you cancel BEFORE the balance charge (more than 24h before arrival), your deposit is fully refunded.
If you cancel AFTER the balance charge (less than 24h before arrival), no refund is available.
You can cancel directly from your reservation portal. An access link was sent to you by email when you made your booking.
The refund (if applicable) is automatically initiated to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
